A reward is calculated on the cash actually paid, not on the list price or on bonus credit. Here is a worked example.

The 40% is taken on 800, not on 1,000, because 800 is what actually changed hands.
A person earns you a reward once, on their first qualifying payment. However many times they load credit afterwards, there is no further reward. There is no lifetime commission. That first payment must happen within 90 days of them joining through your link.
A reward stays pending for at least 15 days after the payment clears. The wait exists so that a refund or reversal is caught first. It cannot be withdrawn while pending.
Once the wait is over and the payment is still good, the reward becomes withdrawable.
Once you have at least 500 Taka you can request a payout to bKash or a bank account. Identity verification (NID) is needed once, before your first withdrawal, and not again after that.
A refunded, cancelled, or charged-back payment cancels the reward with it. Referring yourself does not count. If the person had already paid NoGhotok before, that is no longer a first payment. And if our own staff had already spoken with them, the conversion is treated as the staff member's work.
