Read the Reward Agreement and accept it. Your own code and link are created immediately. There is no joining fee.
The link carries none of your name, number, or email. When someone arrives through it, you are attached to their account. The link stays valid for 365 days.
The person who joins through you gets 20% off their first credit load, plus bonus credit. The discount applies to that first load only.
When that first payment clears you receive 40% of what they paid. The money side is explained in full on its own page.
NoGhotok is marriage without a matchmaker. The more families know this route exists, the fewer people have to put money in a middleman's hand. The program is simply a way of carrying that news.
