This Reward Agreement governs the NoGhotok Reward Program. You earn a reward when someone you introduce to NoGhotok makes a qualifying first payment. Taking part does not make you an employee, an agent, or a person authorised to collect payment on NoGhotok's behalf.
You receive a referral code and a link that carries the same referral identity. Neither reveals your name, phone number, email address, or account number.
A code is valid for 365 days from the day it is issued. You may request a replacement up to 4 times in any rolling twelve months. When a code is replaced, the old code and link stop working immediately and can no longer attribute new users, but anyone already validly attributed through it stays attributed to you. Retired codes are kept and are never given to anyone else. NoGhotok may issue a replacement outside this limit for security reasons.
When someone arrives through your link, the referral is recorded before they register or sign in, and attached to their account afterwards. Clearing cookies later does not detach it.
The first valid referral wins. A later code cannot replace one already attached. A code entered by hand is attributed exactly as a link is.
The attribution stays on the account for reporting, but it only earns a reward if the qualifying first payment happens within 90 days of the attribution. After that the attribution remains recorded and no reward is payable.
If our records show a member of NoGhotok staff spoke with the referred person within 7 days before their payment, the conversion is treated as staff-attributed and no referral reward is created.
NoGhotok may reject or correct an attribution involving fraud, manipulation, technical error, or self-referral.
Someone who joins through your referral receives 20% off their qualifying first wallet load, plus bonus credit. The exact amounts are shown before payment. Paid credit and bonus credit remain separately identifiable in the wallet. The offer applies to the first load only, and the person is free to continue using NoGhotok without paying.
You receive 40% of the cash actually paid by the person you referred. It is calculated from cleared cash, never from the list price, wallet credit, bonus credit, or promotional value.
There is no lifetime commission. Only the qualifying first payment earns a reward.
The program is single tier. You earn only from people you referred directly. There is no earning from sub-referrals or downlines, no earning from recruitment, and no joining fee. The program is a direct referral arrangement and is not a multi-level marketing structure, in keeping with the Multi-Level Marketing Activities (Control) Act, 2013.
A reward moves through Pending, then Approved, then Paid.
It stays Pending for at least 15 days after the payment clears, and always longer than the longest refund window that applies to that payment. A Pending reward cannot be withdrawn.
Refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, or cancelled payments do not qualify. If a payment is reversed after your reward was approved or paid, NoGhotok may reverse the reward and set it against your future rewards; where no future rewards arise, NoGhotok may ask for the amount back.
All promotion must follow NoGhotok's Shariah-conscious principles. Do not use obscene, sexually suggestive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited material, and do not place NoGhotok links in prohibited channels. Do not claim that NoGhotok guarantees marriage or a match, and do not make misleading religious or commercial claims. Where a religious question is genuinely unsettled, NoGhotok may seek guidance from a qualified scholar.
If prohibited methods are knowingly used, NoGhotok may suspend or end your access, disable your codes, invalidate affected referrals, and cancel unpaid rewards arising from that activity. Where appropriate and lawful, forfeited amounts may be given to those in need rather than treated as your earnings.
You must not collect money from anyone on NoGhotok's behalf. That includes registration fees, wallet loads, subscriptions, service charges, and deposits. Share your code and explain the service; every payment must go through NoGhotok's own official payment methods.
Breaking this may result in immediate suspension, deactivation of your codes, cancellation of unpaid rewards, and investigation.
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, coordinated or artificial referrals, fake payments, refund and chargeback manipulation, identity or payment misuse, spam, misleading advertising, and attribution manipulation are all prohibited. NoGhotok may use verified account, phone, and payment information, referral history, and reasonable anti-fraud signals to investigate.
NoGhotok employees and management cannot earn referral rewards, and neither can their immediate family where taking part would create an internal or artificial referral. Contractors involved in running the program may also be excluded where a conflict exists. Ordinary genuine referrals among friends are fine, but coordinated or artificial activity involving friends, relatives, or associates may be rejected.
Rewards accumulate without identity verification. Before your first withdrawal, NoGhotok may ask for a Bangladesh NID or another accepted government-issued identity document, a verified mobile number, confirmation that the payout account is yours, and other reasonable compliance information. Once verified, the same document is not requested again unless re-verification is needed.
The minimum withdrawal is 500 Taka. Payouts are made by bKash or bank transfer, to an account belonging to or verifiably controlled by you.
If you have approved rewards but never complete verification, they may be held for up to 12 months from the date you first became able to withdraw. NoGhotok will make reasonable attempts to reach you, including at least one reminder before that period ends. If verification is still not completed, the unpaid rewards may expire, subject to applicable law.
Identity documents are held with restricted access.
Your dashboard shows your code, its expiry, clicks, registrations, qualifying first payments, pending and approved rewards, and withdrawals. Any figures shown as examples are illustrative only and are not guaranteed income: what you actually earn depends on valid referrals, cleared payments, compliance, and refunds.
You will not receive unnecessary personal information about the people you refer.
The same referral system serves individuals, affiliates, influencers, community partners, and agencies, each with their own referral identity. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, a partner has no claim on NoGhotok's general, organic, existing, or unattributed revenue.
NoGhotok may suspend or end your access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, prohibited promotion, collecting payment outside the platform, a conflict of interest, or another material breach. Rewards may be held during an investigation, and any final cancellation is tied to a documented breach and kept in the internal audit record.
NoGhotok may revise, suspend, or discontinue the program, and may change reward percentages, discounts, eligibility, withdrawal rules, and renewal limits. Changes normally apply from their effective date onwards, except where an immediate change is needed for fraud, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Joining the Reward Program means you accept this Reward Agreement, along with NoGhotok's Terms, Privacy Policy, Shariah promotion guidelines, and payment rules.
