The remaining part of the displayed total. The amount refunded depends on the outcome.

Example: a proposal costing 100 credits is shown as 20 connection credits + 80 success credits. The refund percentage applies to the full 100-credit total.

No reply: 100% of paid credits are refunded if unseen, or 80% if the recipient opened the biodata.

Refund Policy

When credits are refunded

Proposal Rejected Automatic

If the recipient rejects the proposal, 80% of the paid credits are returned to your wallet.

No Reply in 72 Hours Automatic

After 72 hours without a reply, 100% is refunded if the biodata was not opened; 80% is refunded if it was opened. No application is needed.

Proposal Accepted: No Refund

When accepted, mobile numbers are shared and the full fee applies. Successful connection is our goal.

Withdrawn by You: 80% Refund

If you withdraw your own proposal before the recipient responds, 80% of the Credits used is refunded.

Cancelled by Admin: 100% (Full) Refund

If a proposal is cancelled by an admin, 100% (full) of the Credits used is refunded automatically -- no fee is retained.

Daily Limit: 5 Proposals

A user can send a maximum of 5 proposals per day. The limit resets the next day.

Refund Policy Summary: If there is no response within 72 hours, 100% of paid credits are refunded when the biodata was not opened, or 80% when it was opened. A rejection returns the same opened rate. Acceptance has no refund. Read our full Refund Policy →
